Job responsibilities:
- Provide database administration and data integration in large corporate environment
- Plan, build, administer, tune and support Cassandra database and database cluster nodes
- Ensuring information/data security and data encryption, backup, recovery and replication.
- Develop, tune and optimize complex NoSQL schema structures
- Design, develop and support ETL workflows utilizing ETL processes and tools
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in database administration and data integration in large corporate environment
- 2+ years of experience in building, planning, tuning, administer and supporting Cassandra database and database cluster nodes
- 5+ years of experience with information/data security and data encryption, backup, recovery and replication
- 5+ years of experience with developing, tuning and optimizing complex NoSQL schema structures
- 5+ years of experience in design, development and support of ETL workflows utilizing ETL processes and tools
- Certification in Cassandra Administration/Development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or a closely-related degree
